Before joining Pact, Marie Claire was the Personal Assistant to international make-up artist and editor of Hope Street fashion magazine, Sara Hill. Marie Claire joined the Diversity team in June 2016 having worked in the Policy and Membership teams since joining Pact in 2013.

Marie Claire is also a working musician with her band Seil Lein.
